Our Cancellation/Refund Policy

Webinar cancellations made 7 days in advance of an online event will receive a a 100% refund; and/or the option to reschedule to another available date will be permitted. Cancellations made within 3 to 6 days will incur a 20% fee and cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 30% fee. 

The cancellation of any webinar, at anytime by Marketing & Training Solutions will result in a 100% refund with direct notice of such cancellation. In addition, the option to reschedule to another future date (if available) will be offered to You.
